SCADCO, Inc. is a company that has created a platform to create bots (the “Platform”) operated by SCADCO, Inc., (“SCADCO, Inc.”, “we” or “us”). We respect the privacy of our users and have developed this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to protect your privacy. The Privacy Policy is intended to describe for you, as an individual who is a user of our Platform or of the services offered through the Platform (collectively with the Platform, the “Services”), the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.

How you can request deletion of your information
You can request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected for business development purposes by sending an email to info@chat-bots.co indicating the words "Delete My Data" in the subject of the message, and informing your full name, e-mail and mobile number. These data are the keys to finding and removing the information from our records.
Retention of information.
If you close your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our web site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Further, because of the complexities of the technology involved, we cannot guarantee total or irrevocable deletion of your account information, and we cannot provide you with any specific timelines for deletion. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.
