Hi, I'm Manuel and today I want to make known how a chatbot can communicate assertively and clearly with his interlocutor.

A chatbot can respond to a host of requirements simultaneously and any time of the day, but how to achieve that effectiveness without falling into communication errors?

To achieve that a chatbot interacts in an assertive way with humans, there is an area of ​​computer science called "Natural Language Processing", which manages to replicate that natural language of humans in said chatbot, converting it into a strategic ally the time to communicate with the users of a company.

The "Natural Language Processing" allows a chatbot to be programmed to use a specific language depending on the economic sector in which it will be used and also on the target population with which it will communicate.
